Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed and shipped from sunny Florida. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

(Note: This doesn’t include weekends or holidays.)

Shipping Options

We use a mix of trusted carriers, primarily USPS, to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $3.99 for all U.S. and Puerto Rico orders.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $100 (before tax and discounts).
• International Shipping: Available! Rates and delivery times will vary by destination.

Local Pickup & Delivery

If you’re local to the Broward County, FL area, you can choose free local pickup or local delivery at checkout. We’ll contact you by email or text to coordinate a convenient time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mala by Coral is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
